Concrete drive problems - Can the faults in my new drive be fixed?

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

I recently had a new pattern imprinted concrete drive installed. After getting several quotes I chose one of the more expensive ones because he lives locally and has done some excellent work.

However, the drive is now fitted and seems to have problems that I cant find when I compare it to my neighbours drive, which was completed by a supposedly less experienced company.

My drive is imprinted concrete using a cheshire cobble pattern.

Can these problems be fixed?
1.There is evidence of trowel lines in some parts of the drive.
2.Chips in some of the pattern.
3.Colour has not taken in some of the chips.
4.The pattern is really deep in some places, and almost non-existent in others.
5.There are a few smudged spots where the mats must have shifted as they where pulled up.
6. There is evidence where the matts where not placed tight together and have left raised lines throughout the drive.
7. Some of the sealant is peeling off.
8. One step is terrible. It is surrounded by edge blocks. Should it be possible to redo the step entirely.

Thanks for any advice. I am going to the fitter this week and asking him to fix the job.
