whats the going rate to build a wall? do you price per metre?

Thee are many variables.

Access, thickness of wall, height of wall etc.

Can you be a bit more specific?

PC cost is £125 per metre ,that includes sand, cement, plasticiser,wall ties,bricksD.P.C.,plant,labour and profit
labour wise i dont like working for less than £500 a thousand and thats on straight runs,on fancy stuff (i.e. flemish bond,english bond etc.)i charge about £650 per thou plus £15 a lineal metre for dentil courses,dogtooth,soldiers etc
i suppose the average garden wall say 5 m long and a 1m high with a footing is going to cost about £600 depending on variables
