Tony,

I've just had to rebuild my computer, and have only just heard the news.

You and your family are in my thoughts,

John

I was saddened to hear of your dad's passing. Although I never met him I felt I knew something of him from your obvious affection and respect when you spoke of him. My thoughts are with you and your family Tony.

I can only add that my sentiments are similar to those already posted. I have almost completed a driveway & patio which I would never have attempted if it were not for the information found on your website.
Please accept my sincere thanks & Condolences.

Tony,

I haven't visited this site for a while. After reading the news about your Father, I would like to offer you my sincere condolences. I have a very close relationship with my Dad and can only begin to try and imagine the loss you must be feeling. Wishing you and your family every happiness for the future,

Best regards,

Robert

Thanks to everyone for the kind messages, the phone calls, the emails, the prayers, the cards and everything else that has found its way to me one way or another - it has been truly appreciated by myself, my mother and my siblings during these dark days.

If you want to hear summat spooky - on the night of his death, his maul was found leaning against the back gate when both myself and my brother, Brendan, had made sure all his tools were locked up safe in the workshop. I'm not a superstitious kind of bloke, but I can't help feeling Dad was getting himself set-up for a big flagging job about to break out in heaven. :D

I'm still trying to cope with the backlog of work accumulated during both his illness and my earlier bout of medical trouble, but I do hope to be back in the Brew Cabin, full-time, some time towards the end of this month.

In the meantime, please let me know of any eejits posting shite in the forums so that I can delete it asap.
