Council paving - plonker tipper driver - Just how batsh*t are they likely to go!

Other groundworks tasks, such as roads and footpaths, terracing, fencing, foundations, walls and brickwork, tools and plant.

When we had the driveway cleared of the old tarmac, and filled with a base for the PIC, the tipper truck got stuck, and they had to call a bigger truck to come and pull it out, which cracked about 3 council slabs on the pavement, now, we have taken up the flags across the driveway and hard-cored and compacted it, so it's at least a bit flat!, intention is to relay the good slabs, and to put down 3 new slabs of the same size and spec.

How batsh*t will the council go if they find out b4 we repair it?

We have done worse, BM was delivering stuff for us, driver never quite noticed the lampost, untill he heard a hell of a bang lol

As dave says if you put it right, they more than likely will never know.

Funny you should mention that as the concrete conveyor driver late on Friday as he was swinging the jib back onto the truck came very close to taking out a lamp post!
