Hi Tony,
Long time since I've visited the forum!
I'm making an existing concrete slab wider for a shed base.
Two questions:
1. Can I lay the concrete right up to the existing slab or do I need an expansion joint?
2. The strip of concrete which I will be laying is quite narrow. It will be 3 meters by 600mm by 120mm deep. Will this need an expansion joint in the middle.
Okay, I confess, I make a cock up; I poured the slab thinking the shed was 10' x 6' but it's 10' x 8' !
Many thanks
Gary

At least you are honest! You're not the first and you certainly won't be the last!GaryN wrote:Okay, I confess, I make a cock up; I poured the slab thinking the shed was 10' x 6' but it's 10' x 8' !
