Hello All,

I need an price for 50sqM as a reference point to see if I am getting a good deal from my contractors.
Would you use a 150mm sub base for a van and car stood on it ?.

Is drive line elite cost effective or would use of another block do ?. Any idea of prices for Driveline 50 , Excel ?.

Many thanks.

To check if you're getting a fair price from your contractor, get another 2 contractors to price the work. I always recommend you get at least 3 prices when having a driveway built.

150mm sub-base is fine for a car/van. I only recommend a 100mm sub-base if there are typical family cars used on the drive, but, with vans or Armoured Personnel Carriers such as Shoguns, Lard Rovers, Espaceseses etc, then 150mm is better.

Driveline Elite is more expensive than the standard Driveline block, but then, it has that cheesy faux-riven texture, which is what you're paying extra for.
