Weeper system - Inspection chamber problem

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I have a two stage private drainage system.
The last brick chamber, which attaches to the weeper drains has moved.

This means that water lays in the chamber and the two outlets from the chamber are higher than the drainage pipes.

Can anyone suggest a solution.

I have thought of removing the brick inspection chamber and replacing with a plastic unit.

I also thought about some sort of U bend arrangement where the pipes leave the chamber, but this would still leave water lying in the chamber (As will still will not drain), and would not allow rodding in future.

sounds like you got an "interceptor" mate
there shoule be 2 outlets 1 high and 1 low which is the rodding eye,if you take the lower one out the "stuff should get away.
alternatively dig the lot out and do in osma or marley underground, lot better in the long run
