The drive for our newbuild house is currently covered in pea gravel. We have several options & I just wanted some advice on what is best.
I have a bit of a loathing of concrete paving, so wondered if clay would be better (and not fade?). I would really prefer natural products and wanted to know if anyone had used either reclaimed setts or put down some type of indian sanstone as a driveway? Or should we just go for gravel?
The house is new, but has a stone front, so looks pretty traditional.
The total space is about 145 sqm including drive & front of house.
Thanks a lot.
New drive - advice needed!

to be honest ,pea gravel is quite a traditional drive, but i take it you want something cleaner
how about resin bonded gravel, you get the same effect as the gravel (albeit smaller aggregates) but with no mess or maintenance
you can lay indian sandstone as a drive but i doubt it will match the house, and i have gone right off block paving full stop
have a look on the main site as well
cheers tony LLL
