Please teach me... - I need to know what these are called

I need to design my front garden. the grass been stripped and I have ordered some turf.
according to my design I need some paving done that would lead to the main door.

I am confused. I have seen these pictures and really love the colours and patterns but I have no idea what these are called or where i can get them. I have also called the company but my requirements are small compared to what they do.
can anyone help?
where can i get these pavings?
why do they shine? are they made like this or they have been polished?
what are they called?

(dont know if these are the real names)

Phone up one of these companies (they supply thhe materials needed) and ask for a recommended contractor for your area.

Lafarge and Bomanite are two huge global companies. You can get the reassurance of a big organisation behind you by using them but their approved contractors may be more expensive. PICS has a good reputation too. Elitecrete ius big in the USA but I don't know if they have many approved UK contractors.
