Hi Tony,

Could you tell me how much a 50mm layer of bedding sand should compact after block laying and compacting as I have laid the kerb blocks on concrete and want the drive blocks to end up level with the top of the kerb. The sub base is well compacted crusher run, although the rain seems to have washed out some of the fine grade material, I would say the holes left are no more than 10mm deep.
