Patterned imprinted concrete

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Hi,

I have Patterned imprinted concrete on my drive and the dye has worn away and faded.

I am aware of resealing it to bring back the colour, but what about where it has flacked away and there is no colour left, what can be done there.

Is there a way of re-dying / painting the concrete.

Thanks

Another reason to use integrally coloured concrete.

Few, if any, UK contractors use this, mainly because the ready-mix companies charge through the nose for this. Lafarge are the best bet for this but this advice is too late for you as your drive is down. Also you need to live near a Lafarge batching plant, and not every one does.

There are concrete paints available - the sort of stuff they use in factories. Whether they are practical or not I don't know. Could you cut away the damaged part and relay it?
You're entitled to the work, not the reward.

Hi,

There is no damage to the concrete as such, just faded and paint worn away.
