While browsing thro another section of the forum I came across someone looking for moulds. I make a rubber mould to a special recipe, suited to "hands-on" casting. It is recyclable, does not require a release agent, and gives a superior finish than ABS. Any interest, please call.

Bloody typical
You search the four corners of the globe for a recyclable, hands on rubber mould that doesn`t need a release agent but has a superior finish, and like buses three turn up at once:D

If I can add to my initial offer. One of the products I make is a square sett 110 x 110 x 50 in charcoal and/or sandstone, ideal for finishing the edges of drives, patios and paths. Up to now I've been making and installing myself, but could do a lot better selling the moulds to other guys, who would fill their downtime by building up stock. Because of the flexibility of the mould system, new products are within easy reach and by no means costly. As a cost comparison, a granite sett can cost between 90p and £1.50, these setts sell happily at 25p. I've had a well established manufacturing co run off a few hundred, they liked both the mould and the product, but are too mechanised to get involved. Please feel free to call me for any information, this is not hardsell, but could be mutually benificial to a wide spectrum of pavers. Thanks
