I'm considering skimming over my concrete drive area with a 5 inch diamond disc grinder / planer. ( lot of tight corners so small disc probably best)
I,ve recently laid about 30sq. meteres and will be laying another 10sq. meters next week.
I didn't get a good fnish and a few high spots so I'm hoping to smooth it out and leave the same finish throughout.
Would it be better to grind within a week of laying the concrete or let it fully cure for a month?

Are you grinding to achieve a finish or to remove high spots with the intention of laying a new surface layer over the lot? For a good finish, you need to allow the concrete to cure for at least 14 days, preferably 28, but if it's just a slavage operation, grind asap as it will be much easier, and even if the resultant surface is ragged, the eventual new surface layer will hide all the faults....hopefully.
