Do I have enough drainage for block paving

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Do I have enough drainage for block paving

Post: # 120043Post Holly1966

First time post so hope this is in the right place. I had some block paving laid at the side of the house. It slopes towards house which I was told was needed. I started off very ignorant but have belatedly read up loads on drainage and think it is wrong and may cause me problems. They have put a 12cm pea gravel splash strip for drainage between the block paving and house except it isn't just gravel. Most of it is concrete used to haunch the block paving with a light sprinkling of gravel on the top. My thoughts are that it needs more but hopefully someone more experienced can comment. My thoughts on what to do are leave it alone it's ok, or chisel out haunching to make the strip more gravel than concrete, or dig it all out and fit an aco drain. All comments welcome.

If anyone can tell me how to post a picture I will

Thanls
