New Forum - Password Changes

There are some reports of users not being able to complete their password changes.

This may be down to cached content and browser cookies.

Please try clearing your cache and cookies. There should be a link to delete forum cookies on the front page (near the bottom right on my PC). Otherwise (or in addition) use your browser settings.

If all else fails try to use a different browser (e.g. Firefox instead of Chrome) or incognito mode or another device [or the incognito mode of a different browser on another device].

It may be that you need to view the forum in your device's Desktop Site/Settings mode in order to see the 'delete cookies' option - otherwise just select the 'trash can'/dustbin icon at the bottom of the page
