hi all.what is the going rate to lay decking ? also what is the best way to work materials out for decking

all depends on where you are and how much you're paying for the materials.
round here (shropshire) it can vary wildly depending on which cowboys are in town.
but i work around £45-00 per square metre 25-00 of which covers the materials:)

In the South East the going rate is about £75 per sq. metre for simple ones and a similar rate per linear metre for ballustrade.
