Putting in a new garage floor at lot lower level (brach of DPC) I'll hopefully add some photos and give a journal, as insperation for other DIY'ers. I'm sure, I'll get some input from the pros as when I go wrong.

Admittely, I'm posting well after the start, so progress is not at the rate the potos will appear.
