I have recently had black limestone slabs laid. But the installer was not very tidy and has got cement on the slabs. I now have footprint marks on my slabs and cement stains as well as some salt marks you get with limestone slabs. Is there any way that I can clean the dry cement off my slabs without damageing them further I have tried pressure washer. Any help greatly appreciated. I know that I can't use and cleaner with acid in.

You should run a search on this all-too-common topic using the button above - it seems to crop up at least once a month.
No easy answer other than very, VERY careful and multiple repetitions of cleaning with a weak citric or phosphoric acid-based cleaner. Even then, it doesn't always work - either the cement is too stubborn to shift or the acid-wash is too strong and it 'bleaches' the limestone - so don't go building-up your hopes!
