Hi, we recently put down some blue slug pellets and the blue dye has stained some areas of our brand new paving....we have tried jet washing, bleach (diluted and neat) and good old elbow grease but nothing is completely shifting it - does anyone have any advice on how to remove it without damaging the stone?
You could try HG spot satin remover, i'm not sure what paving you have so would advise trying the product on an area you can't see incase it has an undesired affect before putting it on areas that can be seen.
If it is a copper staining usually a light blue, then Tensid do a copper stains remover, it is a poultice, very easy to use, you'd just need to thoroughly read the instructions, takes around 12-24 hours to work, do not get the product on your skin etc, as it is ammonia based. It's not cheap but it does work, I've used it, and have a load of copper stain removals to do, as soon as I can schedule them in.
