Patio stains - Foot and stain marks on a new patio

[Busy]

We have recently had a patio laid with Indian paving
We came home from holiday to find that the job was finished but with really bad stains which looked like something had been spilted, splashed and walked on
He came back and tried all sorts to remove which did work for some and I have also but still no luck
Tried jetwashing, substance remover, scrubbing, buildclean etc
Not a builder so at a loss to how to deal with this
Would really appreciate any help

As we can't see the stains, and you don't declare what they are, I'm not sure what we can suggest.
