Hi Everyone,

Just thought I woulod share my way of cutting concrete blocks with a $95 cut off saw and a $200 diamond blade.

Also a chance to see if I can put pics up! Which I can't, can only post a link.

Makes lots of dust but it's not too bad with a fan in front and a vacum behind the wheel.

Cuts like a hot knife through butter. Found a 350mm RED blade from here, great store and great advice:

It's supposed to be used wet, blade life will be halved dry but should still get a couple thousand cuts, I need less than a thousand for my little project.

Could have hired a wet saw but this way I can take my time and get to keep the saw.

Will post more pics in a couple years when Iv'e made some progress with the paving!

Pics will take a few seconds to come up.

Steve.

I like the idea of having a fan to blow the dust onto the neighbour's washing line! :p
