Just layed sawn and honed - Seems to be staining coming through

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hello guys I'm a total newbie to paving, I just picked what I liked best and that was the sawn and honed silver grey indian sandstone. Looked great when it first went down, now, after the landscaper has done the jointing it seems to have gone patchy. Any ideas?? I will try upload some images
