Patio laid a year ago - trying to get layers back as a few slabs loose.

Also after the long awaited rain today - noticed rain pooling in middle of patio (not noticed before) as we have drainage put in at one end and theoretically rain water to should flow into drainage.

Is this normal? Or should I call the layers back to rectify this too - wondering if patio has sunk - I believe that it was laid on concrete so i didn’t think this would happen :(
