Advice needed please

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Hi

We have had some indian slate layed by our builder. I have enclosed some pictures of it but the slope for water drainage seems excessive. They said they were going to put some galvanised drainage channels in along the wall edge and take it to a drain. They have instead sloped the whole patio into one drain. In the photo i think it looks awful with such a slope angle against the house wall. Is it just me or is this the way its done?

No it's not the way it's done and those mitres
are terrible.
