Where to run a land drain

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

hi

i will be terracing my rear garden into 2 levels and i am planning to install some land drainage whilst i have the mini digger to dig the trenches.

can i connect the land drain into the downpipe from my garage? if not then exactly where do i run it?

If your downpour drain is working, yes should be fine
