Hi guys I found this forum and seems to be very interesting. I am a contractor from australia and have recently completed an Indian sandstone installation.

Aqua mix advised to install their stone enhancer product but it has blotched the stone giving an unfavourable appreance on the surface. Aqua mix provided us with their sealer and coating remover which helped a bit but because it is a penetrating hole sealer and the remover is a gel base it doesn’t actually penetrate below the surface.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced these issue and possible solutions please?

We don't really have Aqua-Mix products over here anymore, I used to use them, and found them very good, their sealant & coating remover is/was a good product, but after you have used a colour enhancer and done a full strip of the coating, you will still have a depth of colour from the Aqua-Mix sealer, was it their "Enrich & Seal" you used?

Not used that product unfortunately, and with Aqua-Mix no longer available in the UK, can't even test it for you to help.
