Slurry grouting

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

i have a customer who wants their driveway pointing, so i have cleaned them up and blasted out all the dirt from in between and i am left with how it is in the photos, would these setts be suitable for a slurry grout or are the joints not deep enough?

Was thinking a 4/1 sharp sand cement and sbr and plenty of sweeping budget dictates this method over pricier resins.

the 2 part resins will last a whole lot longer than 10-15mm of slurry,
I hear you on budget of course
be a lot of cleaning using sand and cement

Theres about 70sqm total will be brushing like crazy and have a industrial pressure washer to aid clean up if need be, just hoping it can be done in a day between two of us.

I have only ever done epoxy grouting but I reckon a day is a bit ambitious for 70 m2
allow more and gives you a comfort zone if it doesnt go to plan

main thing is you need to pre wet the stone before using hydrochloric, i would use strong stuff
obviously full PPE that stuff is nasty
