You show a Red Granite Tumbled Sett with black `pointing` ... I have 2 questions?
What is the black stuff? Is it asphalt and the setts are set into the ashpalt?
Also where can I buy them please?

Them?? Do you mean the setts? I'm fairly sure those setts were/are in StoneScape's yard in Wigan, but you might be able to find summat similar in your own area. have a look at the suppliers' list on the main website.
