Hi all,

In late September last year I had a new Bradstone Natural Sandstone (Fossil Buff) patio laid. The patio was pointed with Geofix all weather in buff.
At the time the patio was not sealed, and with the winter being quite bad weather wise I didn’t have the opportunity to seal it myself.

As the weather is getting nicer I am looking at sealing it all, so I recently cleaned the flags the colour is better (still not back where is was unfortunately) but the pointing has gone from a buff colour to a darker brown colour, so i wanted to see if I could bring this back also before sealing.

Can anyone recommend anything to clean up this pointing. I thought the geofix should have been stain/weathing repellant but it looks like it’s not the case.

geofix is a polymeric and quite porous
you could jet wash it but I fear that it will jet wash out
