Anyone got an idea of a price to compare?

The chances of anyone having the exact same set-up as your site are non-existent. 14m² is a small area and will have been priced as a whole, rather than based on rates, and so the contractor will have considered access, cutting-in, time, and how much they want the job. The ONLY way to get a valid comparison is to get other contractors to price the job once they've seen the site. However, with only 14m², don't expect to be overwhelemed with interest.
