My daughter's house has a length of plastic threshold drain between the rear doors and the patio. It has bowed badly and is catching the door. I need to replace it but cannot find an identical product. Does anyone know who makes or sells this type of channel? It appears to be in 1.2m lengths is 15mm front to back at the surface, and is about 54mm deep top to bottom. Ideally I would replace it with something that doesn't bow but it would need a bit of effort to replace it.
The other thought is that water collected is not ducted anywhere but dumped between the house footings and the the patio base. I am not sure whether this is a problem. I am told that the patio does not fall towards the house therefore there it does not take much water. Any thoughts?

It is probably polypropylene, a thermosoftening polymer. You might be able to straighten it by putting it in a suitable jig and using boiling water!

Hi Tony. Sadly there is no branding. I've even opened it up to look on the inside. (It's made by folding a shaped strip of plastic moulding which clicks together at the bottom.

then it's certainly the closest I've seen - and I've spent many happy hours looking at manufacturer's and supplier's web sites - but is not identical. The Osma one has a flexible skirt by the looks of it and is a different cross section.
It's also kind of expensive for a bit of plastic- almost enough to make boiling water sound attractive!

The cross-section in the image on page 2 seemed identical, but you are right that what you have doesn't seem to match up with 100OC510.
Odd. Perhaps they have updated the component design but not the stock photo so yours is obsolete. Could try dropping their technical department a note.
