Why is it some customers are nice some are .......

Tuesday afternoon I slipped cutting a hedge half cut the tip off of my middle finger 6 stitches .....so I cant work for a few days most of my customers have been fine I cant come but a few have been moaning ??? why the hell are people like that not like I frigging wanted to hurt myself :p just wanted to have a little moan really lol

ive got the middle one up all the time at the moment I really wanna get back to work but don't want to split it open will only be off for longer then :p one I actually went in to see because I had some paper work to give her (cant drive so me mum had to take me ) and she insisted on paying me anyway so that was nice

yeah me to usually one was a "sweet" old lady I hardly make any money on I was going to drop her but felt sorry for her don't anymore though even the bloke with a half finished hedge offered me a brandy an insisted on paying me

I now have certain answers to thing customers say

when I tell them I cant come a certain day, they say "thats awkward", I say " not for me it isnt"
When they say " but thats what I want" I say " what you want and what you are going to get are two different things"
or the all time classic "how long is the guarantee?"
