Screeded bed for concrete casts

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Just wondering if it might be quicker to screed a mortar bed for calibrated concrete casts rather than individually laying them to a level.

Any thoughts?

Oh yeah I'm talking about a wet bed cos the casts are 600mm x 600mm

Need to find out a way to get out of this one ASAP and on to the next. Bit skint at the moment.

Never works with wet bed screeding, individual all the way. If your skint then surely you need to do the job ???
