just wondering if anyone can help me i am looking to edge my sandstone patio with charcoal blockpavers and i wondered if i could space them 10mm to match the sandstone joints i know this would me haunching right up to the back of the pavers to keep the jointing material in there or is it better to butt them up and brush sand in later cheers for any suggestions in advance

Don't see why you can't point them up, or brush i sand. Choice is yours. I wouldn't concrete to the top of pavers, looks shite, just point as normal brickwork.

They can be laid with a mortar jouint, if that's what you want, but, in all honesty, having them close-jointed, as is the usual method with block pavers, will look just fine and save you loads of work.
