Hi I wonder if I could ask for some advice please.
I had 2 granite patio's installed 4 years ago, was extremely pleased with the job.
They have very light use, and just noticed that 3 of the granite flags have movement when walking across.
Would this be something I could still go back to the original installer to complain about?
I have a concern that this could be the start of a bigger underlying problem?
Any advice welcome, thanks.

As the others have said, it's probably pushing it to demand remedial work....unless you have a written guarantee.
Many contractors are now members of one approval scheme or another and their membership often obliges them to provide a 5 year guarantee on workmanship.
Are these granite flags close-jointed or do they have wider, 8-15mm mortared joints?

They are close jointed, about 5mm.....he used the resin brush in granules.
That has also failed in many places now, and will need re-doing across both patio's.
Thanks for your reply.
