Yes I do. But that isn't an issue. Just amazes me how I haven't had a major injury (touch wood, fingers crossed and all that) but 1 day he's on his own. The first day completely on his own and ambulance is called out.rxbren wrote:Have you got employers insurance?

Not so. Just asked my mate in health and safety. Landscapers, fencers etc, working for the general public in private dwellings or on private land do not need it, unless they are subcontracted by another contractor, and even then its on their terms.
