We have a very small patio area (around 10ft by 10ft) of bare concrete outside our Victorian terrace and would like to lay some paving. Because we are planning to move soon, we don't want an expensive option but still need something that fits well with the age of the property and that looks good to attract buyers. Some of the reconstituted concrete looks like a good choice. Could anyone give us some advice?

We can't actually see the property, so we can't really suggest what would look best. However, given that you have less than 10 square metres, you might as well opt for summat decent rather than a cheap'n'nasty flag from one of the DIY stores.
