Hi Guys
We are looking to have our Black Limestone patio re-pointed and would like to use a 2 part Epoxy, following advice received from Tony late last Summer.
We have joints between (90%+) 10mm, with a few about 4-5 mm, so I was thinking of using Romex D1 or GftK 815 (as this is recommended for smaller joints down to 3mm?).
We are really struggling to find experienced professionals via Checkatrade etc. in Hampshire (Southampton) who have expertise in using these products.
Can anyone recommend anyone in our area?
2 part epoxy pointing - Romex d1 / gftk 815/850?

We stock and our installers use a lot of the GftK vdw 815, its a great product the only downfall is the 815 sand particles are very fine, so it is really best for larger format paving with very tight 3mm - 4mm joints, if it is a repointing job you might find you will use loads of the product and it is not cheap as if the previous installer has not laid the paving on complete full beds the product finds it way into all the voids so you can end up losing 30/40% of the product under the paving, might be better to go with the vdw 850 as you can still get that into 4mm joints but just takes a bit more effort or passes with the squeeze. If you want any advise give me a call as we are in Hampshire in Farnborough 07832382689, cheers
