Hi,
Think I know what the answer to this is going to be but hopefully someone proves me wrong.
Recently laid some blue black granite in the garden. Was only my second attempt at paving so I was quite chuffed how level and flat I managed to get it.
Problem that I have is when laying it it started to rain on and off which made things get a bit messy. The edges of some of the slabs appear to be stained. I've tried her washing them but to no avail. I'm guessing this is stained for life now?
When it's wet you can't see them at all. If I applied a sealant do you think this would mask them? Or make it worse?
Any help/advice would be awesome!!

I have used this before with success https://www.clickcleaning.co.uk/product....YxQLUQ, i've not used on granite before, but worked well on sandstone, limestone and concrete reproductions.

Cheers for the reply but I probably didn't explain myself very well. Lol.
I think it is the mortar that has stained the edges of the slabs. Haven't used the patio yet.
I've got a better picture, well makes it look worse. 😞

Its not mortar staining its water your always going to have the darkening as there will always be moisture trapped in the joints with nowhere to go. Should never butt joint any paving minimum is 8mm for me. Couldn't even get kiln dried sand in those joints. How many square metres have you laid ?
