Layed two long path in the garden with grass either side. So looking for an edger or cut the sides of the grass next to the path.

Seen the strimmer type ones but have also seen the metal type edgers but can't find any in b&q.

Anyone know which one to get and where from?

Do you mean a machine? A normal half moon sharpend well is pretty good. As for the machine types the stimmer edges are relatively crap but there are bigger fancy machines as used for edging bunkers etc on golf courses.

They as you can imagine are very expensive.

Practising by using a straight shafted strimmer turned vertiacally can work well once you get the knack

yeah looking for a machine. Not looking for a big expensive one as its only for home use.

You got any links to good ones?

I'm not sure they exist for home use. You either spend £800 ++ on a golf course type machine or learn to use a strimmer vertically.

I think there are attachments for domestic multitools like ryobi expand it but they are undoubtedly crap.

would be interested to hear if you find one that is at all effective
