Fixes for spot laid paving - Fixes for spot laid paving

We have had some paving laid that after a few weeks is is showing damp patches which I assume is showing the position of the spots of mortar beneath, and hence it has been spot laid rather than a full mortar bed
Is there any easy fix for this or is it a case of pulling it up and starting again

I can't get them to load, either, but they show up fine on your webpage....

....looks like classic wicking to me, the flags drawing up moisture overnight and then drying out as the day moves on, before starting the cycle all over again at the end of the day.
