We have recently had a block paved drive installed and the installer appears to have used Builders Demolition Rubble instead of the "Binding Limestone MOT Gradient Type 1" which he quoted for.

After a week we are seeing furrows in the surface where we have driven our car over the paving.

The contractor does not seem to want to answer my questions about the material he used.

Will the demolition rubble be OK or do we need the drive ripping up and starting over again?

We will also contact Citizens Advice and Trading Standards on the subject.

When you say "appears to have..." what was it like, large bricks, bits of timber etc:? Do you have photo's of it?
