workshops coming soon and im going to need to treat it when ive got it up so whats a good treatment :) none of that water based crap mind :D

Creoseal plus, its oil based. Guess its meant to be somewhat similar to cresote but not quite as nasty. I used it on sleepers a while back think it was £40 for 20 or 25 litres. Went quite far too. You'd probably be able to use leftovers on customers garden sheds etc.

What's the wood? as in Cedar, Pine etc
There's nothing wrong with some water-based oils, just depends on what one you use. We use one on any pine based decking we restore, not cheap, 10lts is around £110.00 plus Vat

oh for got that its pine also its 3.2x7m so 110 quid plus vat for 10 lts might get a bit pricy !

The oil we use for pine or cedar is Colourtrend OTO Natural Glow (tint) you might still find some 5lts about, these usually are around £55.00 plus Vat, it's from this year that it will be 10lt only. From the 5lt you should get a coverage of 40-50 sq mts.
