Just wondering if it is possible to add flamed finished to granite flags after they have been laid?

I doubt it very much.
Extremely dangerous.
Do not even try.
If you do try, you are going to have to video it.

Highly dangerous and can ruin paving if not done right better to bin paving and buy new

Not impossible but very difficult. I have seen big slabs of sandstone crack under heat straight down the whole length of the stone. You could end up completely knackering your patio.

Why do you want to flame, to add texture? What about sandblasting?
