you have to MAKE time for health FB
pablo's advice is sound
I have been back at the gym for 4 months after a 11 year sabbatical
I cant run because of my heel issues but do 30 minutes on the rower and 30 minutes on the bike
and the odd free weights but nothing like my youth

definitely helps

You're a bit further along in your business formation than me. I'm year 5. Things are getting interesting, but cos I've plodded for a while I still have lot of Ts and i's to dot and cross or cross and dot or whatever the ****

I'm currently getting tons of calls and managing multiple small contracts but upgrading all admin and learning xcell etc. etc. Joined checkatrade a while back (yeah I know it's a scam but def the best money I've spent on advertising) so upgrading my crap with them and liasing with the web developer etc etc. etc and working out quotes, phoning customers that call during the day, sourcing better materials or cheaper but better materials in anticipation of taking on staff, it's endless. I'm also constantly buying kit as well and the research on that alone is time consuming cos I'm not in a position to be able to make purchases and afford many mistakes.

etc. yada yada etc. I have my own power rack too cos I hate gyms and it was the only way to have time but just recently I don't have time even for that.

Also how the hell do you workout after working all day. I normally workout after a light days work and sat/ sunday but I'm working sat too till december.

Has anyone ever used a chiropractor regularly? I can can feel my lower left backs getting a little bit sore.

Lady we work for regularly say go see a good chiropractor before it's too late.

I'm know I'm not a young pup anymore but I still haven't hit 40.

Any experiences good or bad with chiropractors?

Thanks
Thank - you

Yeah Chiro did nothing for me at all. Qualified sports masseuse on the other hand, miracle worker.

And yeah Luton, I do pace myself, but I am knackered at the end of the average day. I could work slower but I'd earn less. I just work out on a light day or a day off and work IS the workout.

I havent, but know many who swear by them
however, satisfaction is not the same thing as effectiveness
its notable to me that the same people are still paying £40 an hour once a week 10-15 years on
the fact is that most people have bad backs at some point in their life
its all a bit voodoo for me personally
