Bought a patio pack some issues

As my previous post just this week dug out and finished two small patios now I bought a patio pack and unfortunately 7 of the slabs have are stained tried to scrub them but it seems it part of the patio slab now I rang the place I bought them and then took them in and the bloke stated that this is sandstone and this happens as its a natural product
I stated that none of the display ones where like this but he would budge so I am looking for some advice

Is he right and is this part of buying Indian sandstone ? I have attached some pictures

I was talking to the owner of a local stone merchants today and he said any grey sandstone that has brown in it is second pick.
All suppliers cover themselves by saying all natural products have colour variation.

its not staining its the rock strata within the terrain where the stone comes from, the guy is correct saying its a natural product so you do get variation in colours more so with the cheaper end of the Indian stone market

^^ as said good suppliers will have a grey that is grey throughout
(what stone is it supposed to be?)

you will pay around £25 per M2 for this inc vat

if you paid under £20 then thats what you get

it is part and parcel of the budget end of the stone market

Thanks for all advice I guess I could live with it if it was 1 or 2 slabs but 7 for me seems extreme, but it seems from comments I'm wrong

It was called grey sandstone

So I'm guessing from comments they have no comeback even though they are not making people aware at time of purchase and there display product has none of these defects ?

That is correct. Do they split the crates? If so just buy the 7 that need replacing.
When you work out how much it comes to per total m2 it should still be low 20's

The big brown mark on the first picture looks like iron oxide which is heavily prevalent in grey sandstone. The mark on the second slab is damage from the packaging, either creosote leaching from the wood or rust from the nails. The small brown mark in the corner of the third slab looks like colour veining and though not ideal would not be considered defective
