Am installing ACO drainage close to the house walls and it needs to be a watertight. Does anyone know a way of testing for leaks or the best way of ensuring it is watertight if leakage testing is not possible?

Thanks.

Installed correctly in a good strong concrete mix on 3 sides it will not leak

Just make sure you clean all the abutments prior to installing the next unit

we installed 500m of acos in a fish preparation factory for wash down we went rd and filled the small troughs at each joint with epoxy resin and trowel it smooth with spatula, but that's overkill on a domestic job.

I had to seal every joint on accos and beani kerbs on one job with elastomerric sealant and there where hundreds off them at Crossness soup farm.

Yeah, we used to use a sealant when we installed them in food plants, chemical process areas and....mmmm....breweries :D

It wasn't thioflex, IIRC, but summat else from the same crowd. Aco will advise what they recommend......
