I have been offered a secure storage unit
it has various levels of security which I wont go into here and parking 24/7
what is the going rate per foot per year?
it is dry and has power
I was offered it for £7 per foot+VAT which seems reasonable
cheers LLL

I haven't got a clue Tony but I've recently got my self a storage area.
It's a barn full of rubbish on a local farm that we have to clear out and make usable.
It's costing me £200 per year.
I know I'm very lucky to get it at that price but a mate of in has a container round the back of a tyre fitting place that doesn't cost him a great deal either.
Might be worth asking around Tony.

I pay slightly less tony. I have 1080 sqft, plus a huge outside storage yard, washdown bay with free water, plus trailer storage. Having said that, the only thing I pay for is the barn. Everything else is free in exchange for freebies to the guy who owns it. I even get to use his trailers and manitou!
I also pay for elec, insurance and fire extinguisher maintenence.
its all tax deductible so not too bad
