that is very very good technically
I have watched your company grow over the last 5 or so years steve, and I like the fact that you have taken on board pretty much everything that has been suggested for improvements

its a similar mantra to my own "do the best you can all the time" then word of mouth sells you

from a laymans perspective ,maybe some graphics or photos to give examples of what you are talking about

or even case studies for patios, where say a 50M2 patio needs 55M2 of stone

but I cant think of any better advice other than tony mcs

the sealing for me is a godsend as this is probably the biggest cause of failure

Thanks for that Tony.

I'm a strong believer in listening to feedback from our clients because at the end of day its their opinions that count more than anything else.

Like the feedback on the pictures and will certainly look at getting that done.

Also like the case studies idea.

cheers for the feedback

Has the step gone in yet?

Cheers

Answers all the questions for me.

As Tony says some pictures/case studies would make certain points clearer.

Your passion for London stone is clear to see Steve I wish my lbm had a fraction of it up here. Well done for all you have achieved to date and good luck for the future.

Is the trade club a bit of a London stone approved scheme in the making ?

It looks good to me, it's backed up by website and phone number incase anyone needs a bit more info'. it has been good watching your business take off over the years Steve. Seem to remember at one time you were in a caravan, or room near Heathrow about the same time i was in digs there?

Hello Ashley

Thanks for the kind words, appreciate that.

Would never say never but got no plans to set up an approved installer scheme now or in the future. Other companies do them far better than we ever could.

Trade club is a way to give something back to our trade clients and also the industry as a whole. Its not going to change the world but as its a free to join scheme there are some genuine benefits to being a member.

Also Ash, you will be automatically upgraded to trade club membership because you are already signed up for the profile scheme (now re-branded as connect)

To be truthful the delivery charges are going to bump the price but will have a look and see what can be done

Cheers

Steve

That's going back some years. That's how tight money was at the time. The caravan was right next to our stock aswell. We had ordered 15 containers from India and I was so nervous of it getting stolen that I lived right next to it. Ha, the slightest noise and I would be out prowling around looking for imaginary Indian Sandstone rustlers. good memories :)
