Mortar for crazy paving near a pond

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hi Folks,

I'm going to be doing some crazy paving on the edge of a pond. Does anyone know if I need any special mortar mix or additive since it will be near (sometimes in contact with) water?
